A copper molybdenum mine in Hebei Province

The main minerals of the ore body are copper and molybdenum. The copper ore body consists of chalcopyrite (20% copper oxide) and chlorite, talc as gangue. The part of copper oxide and gangue are very easy to be slimed in the process of crushing and grinding, which seriously interferes with the flotation process. After the semi industrial test, the owner decide to use aerated flotation column in rougher and cleaner flotation, while in scavenger, conventional flotation machine is adopted.
