Technological transformation of high mud gold ore beneficiation

The ore processed by a concentrator is altered rock type low sulfide gold bearing ore, the proportion of primary slime is as high as 15%, which results in poor operation of production process and difficult separation. After two times of technical transformation, the crushing process of coarse crushing + semi-automatic grinding + ball milling and the column machine combined flotation process of flotation column priority flotation + flotation machine coarse, fine and scavenging were adopted, and good results were achieved. The production scale was increased from 600 t / D to 1500 T / D, the gold recovery rate was increased by 1.48%, and the annual benefit was 14.896 million yuan, with remarkable economic and social benefits.

 1) Instead of the conventional three-stage crushing, ore washing and ball milling, the grinding process of coarse crushing, semi-automatic grinding and ball milling solves the problems of poor production process, long process, large number of personnel and many troubles caused by ore washing. Therefore, SAB process is the first choice of grinding process for this kind of slimy ore with more water and mud.

  2) The column machine combined flotation process of flotation column preferential flotation + flotation machine coarse, fine and scavenging is more suitable for the treatment of the ore than flotation column coarse, scavenging + flotation machine scavenging process and flotation column scavenging + flotation machine coarse and scavenging process. In production, we should combine the characteristics of various flotation equipment, give full play to its positive particle size effect, avoid its negative particle size effect, and flexibly configure, so as to build a flotation process suitable for processing wide particle size minerals.

  3) Through technological transformation, the production scale has been increased from 600 t / D to 1500 T / D, and the labor productivity has been greatly improved, from 5 t mine (person / D) to 16.67 t mine (person / D), with a growth rate of 233%; the gold recovery rate has been increased by 1.48 percentage points, with an annual increase of 3.636 million yuan; the comprehensive cost has been reduced from 82 yuan / T to 59.02 yuan / T, with an annual decrease of 11.26 million yuan; and the annual benefit has been created by 14.896 million yuan Yuan, economic and social benefits are very significant.
