The application effect of coarse-grained foaming agent(F515) in copper mine is good

The recovery rate of copper concentrate in a copper mine in the Middle East has always been low. By comparing the recovery rate of the particle size, copper concentrate and tailings , the technical personnel of our company found that the main reason for the low recovery rate was that the coarse-grained copper and synbiotics were not successfully collected.

Through a large number of experiments, it is impossible to separate coarse particles and gangue with conventional collectors and foaming agents. When the coarse-grained copper minerals are successfully collected, gangue floats more, which reduces the grade of copper concentrate and cannot obtain qualified products. Only by using Z-200 collector for copper and F515, a special coarse-grained frother, can better beneficiation indexes be obtained.

F515 is a special frothing agent for coarse particles. It has the characteristics of stable foam and small dosage. It is commonly used in copper, lead and zinc, scheelite, tin and other metals.
