New sparger in flotation column got good market in mining industry

Since last year we put our self-developed diaphragm sparger for flotation column into the market, we have received customers feedback on its performance, they said this type sparger has much longer service life than predecessor, and the foam is finer and well-distributed, needless to say, the new sparger is an excellent product.

The new sparger adopts reinforced neoprene as diaphragm, which can completely separate the automatic switch from the ventilation chamber, effectively, protect the switch from being damaged by pulp. Moreover, we use a high level of wear-resistant ceramics to manufacture the nozzle, which can stand worse slurry condition.

Meanwhile, after modification, the new type sparger is easier to manufacture and replace in the maintenance of flotation column, it can be used in all aerated flotation columns. 

We are applying this sparger to the leaching operation to increase the gas volume ratio in pulp, increase the leaching rate in some case.
