The market feedback of the special locking sleeve of bubble sparger is good

A number of inflatable flotation column users responded that the bubble sparger could not be successfully pulled out from the locking sleeve in the replacement process. In order to replace the sparger, the locking sleeve can only be removed together. The pulp is easy to eject, and the maintenance environment is poor, difficult, and there are potential safety hazards.

In view of this problem, our company went to the site for many times to collect customers' opinions and learned that the old locking sleeve used O-ring to lock the outer tube seal of the sparger ventilation (the inner diameter of the sealing ring and the outer diameter of the sparger outer tube were 22mm). After being used for more than one month, the sealing ring adhered to the outer tube of the sparger, resulting in the outer tube of the sparger unable to be pulled out, so it was very difficult to replace thesparger.

The sealing mode of the new upgraded locking sleeve is changed. When the locking sleeve is opened, the full diameter is 25 mm, and the gap with the outer tube of the sparger is 3 mm. Feedback from customers on site shows that the sparger can be easily inserted and replaced.
