Experimental flotation column is a test equipment developed to popularize industrial aerated flotation column. The principle of experimental flotation column is consistent with that of industrial flotation column. Equipped with microporous bubble sparger, liquid level automatic control system, etc. The test process has the advantages of convenient operation, rapid and stable pulp liquid level in 15 seconds, less samples required for the test, reliable test results and so on.

In order to solve the problem that many samples are needed for flotation test, our company has developed a dual-mode experimental flotation column. In the circulation mode, the number of flotation column test samples can be significantly reduced and the problem of difficult flotation column condition test can be solved.

The flotation column has the characteristics of good flotation index, convenient operation and maintenance. It is especially suitable for experimental research. It can be tested alone or combined with several sets, which can meet the test requirements of different ore properties. The new experimental flotation column has been successfully applied in some domestic scientific research institutes and universities, and the market response is good. The main advantages are as follows:

  • The bubble injector of the new experimental flotation column is made of special alloy material, the foam size is uniform, the flotation process is stable, and the mineralization effect is good.

  • According to the characteristics of flotation column test, a special liquid level sensor for flotation column test is independently developed. The sensor accurately detects the liquid level. Combined with the PLC control system, the slurry level can be quickly stabilized to the set value within 15 seconds, which not only reduces the difficulty of the test, but also improves the separation index.

  • The foam cleaning system can reduce the entrainment amount of foam impurities, increase the concentration ratio of beneficiation, and improve the concentrate grade.
